Hi Guys,Sorry I havent updated the blog in a while. Between having to resign from work and preparing for my trip I was super busy.
I had booked a ticket with Ethiopian Airlines as far back as August even without my Visa (talk about faith), so after I was called to pick up my Visa all I had to do was wait for my scheduled flight date.
As with most flights, we had to connect through Addis Ababa. After a 6 hour flight from Accra to Addis Ababa, I was just tired of flying and eating airline food.
Is it me or the food from airlines tastes like there are loads and loads of preservatives?
Anyway I still had to endure another 7 hour flight from Addis Ababa to Frankfurt.
As soon as the Captain made the announcement for landing in Frankfurt, I closed my eyes and whispered a prayer.
That marked the begining of a new phase in my life.
Our plane touched down shortly afterwards, I successfully passed through German Passport Control.
My journey in Deustchland just begun.
